Fubles story
"I got tired of losing time and money trying to organize football matches ..."
This explains Fubles, a platform initially created by Vito Zongoli, an electrical engineer from the Politecnico di Milano, for his own use and then made available to the many others like him who have to chase friends and complete the rosters in attempt to organise matches.
"... I was the one who had to call everybody to organize a match. I decided that I needed a system to reduce time and costs and optimize the planning of matches.
I developed Fubles, a free portal for amateur sport that allows you to plan, organize and manage sporting events quickly, safely and without any obligation to users.
"Not to mention the post-match scorecards", as emphasized by Riccardo Tornese, one of the first members of Fubles, "which makes it possible to give feedback to your teammates and opponents and, for me , is one of the special features of this site. The rating system sparks the some passionate debates but also offers a particularly useful control over behaviours and fair play. "
Fubles work and quickly started to grow. Within a few months, Fubles reached 1500 members by word of mouth, and averaged 2 matches per day within Milan. To Vito's great surprise matches began forming in Florence and Naples.
From there Vito decided to put together a "team" of people united by their belief that Fubles has the right DNA to succeed and needs their energy and their expertise to address its growing complexity.
Vito personally met these people "on the field" and this is not surprising because fubles helps you go to more games and meet other users in person.
We are only a few months after the birth of all this, what will happen with the release of Fubles 2.0 and all the new features planned?
Keep in touch with Fubles and you might see this for yourself...
Thank you all!
